  • A two-tank trip normally takes about 3 to 3½ hours.
  • The three-tank trip visits three sites during one outing — guests normally bring sandwiches along for it.
  • The Kittiwake may be included in a two-tank trip depending on scheduling and conditions, or arranged as an afternoon dive.
  • The multi-day rate of $145 per two-tank day applies when you book five or more two-tank dive days during the same vacation. This is the only multi-day discount.
  • Nitrox is $20 per tank for certified Nitrox divers.

  • On applicable full-day trips, lunch is purchased separately.

  • The full rental package ($60 per day) includes mask, fins, wetsuit, BCD, regulator and dive computer.
  • Air tanks and weights are included with normal dive trips.
  • Dive lights are available at no charge when you need them.
  • We use aluminum 80 tanks.
  • We do not have DIN valves.
  • We do not carry prescription masks.

Pickup & payment

Getting there and settling up

  • Complimentary pickup for confirmed bookings from the Cracked Conch area through George Town.
  • No deposit is currently required.
  • Guests pay on their final dive day.
  • We accept cash and major credit cards.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars.
  • There are no additional taxes.

Cancellation & weather

If plans change

We keep this simple and reasonable — you're on vacation, and the weather does what it wants.

  • Please give us at least 24 hours' notice whenever you can, so we can offer the space to someone else.
  • We don't charge guests who miss a trip because they're unwell.
  • Weather cancellations are never charged.
  • If conditions look like they'll affect a departure, we'll give you as much notice as we possibly can.

Frequently asked

Do I need a deposit?
No. We don't currently take a deposit — you pay on your final dive day.
Is equipment included?
Air tanks and weights are included with every dive trip. Personal gear (mask, fins, wetsuit, BCD, regulator, dive computer) is a $60 per-day rental package if you need it, and rental equipment is included with training courses.
Is Nitrox included?
Nitrox is an optional extra at $20 per tank, for certified Nitrox divers.
How early should I book?
The earlier the better, particularly in high season — but do get in touch even at short notice. Every booking is personally confirmed by DNS, so we'll always tell you honestly what's available.
Can the Kittiwake be included?
Often, yes. The Kittiwake may be included in a two-tank trip depending on scheduling and conditions, or arranged as an afternoon dive.
Do you pick up from my hotel or condo?
Complimentary pickup is included for confirmed bookings from the Cracked Conch area through George Town. Tell us where you're staying and we'll confirm.
Can my family come if they do not all dive?
Yes. Snorkelers and non-diving family members are welcome on the boat, and we regularly run days that keep divers, snorkelers and kids all happy.
Do you accept cruise-ship passengers?
DNS Diving serves guests staying on Grand Cayman and does not accept cruise-ship passengers.
